Several days ago I tried to claim a completed mega chocolate box. It repeatedly hung. Then it deleted my gold bars. Then it told me the time to claim had expired. Please credit me the 150 gold bars I lost plus one mega box. Thank you.

I did not purchase the bars. I won them in game. Also won the chocolate box. Need them put back in my account They were deleted due to a game glitch of some sort. I did get infinite lives for a while during it oddly but didn’t particularly want them. Please credit my account.
Also I already tried player support. I got a form email then no further response. Is there a phone number or so direct channel? I’m ready to quit the game in frustration.
