I've won an event, but I didn't get my prize

When it would have been time to get my prize, it said I didn't have a good internet connection (even though everything else, even within the game, was working just fine). Now it has just disappeared, and I never got my prize.

This issues has been reported and investigate, If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here, 

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

@MRmrmr I assume you're talking about the Sam's Streak feature. Sadly, many players, including myself, are facing the same issue. You can read more about it at the link below:
