Progress lost

Hello. I’ve been playing candy crush on my iPhone but it died few days back and won’t work. I forgot the email address and password that I used to save my progress. It wasn’t connected to my Facebook too. How can I get my progress back? I was at level 2078.

go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
