Why don’t I have a 10,000 banner on my frame

Everyone has these cool banners. Is it not available to all?

Hi, it used to be that the banner for completing level 10,000 was awarded automatically. Sometimes the automatic process doesn't work immediately and you receive the banner sometime later.

There is now a new event though that allows you to win the banner called the Milestone Challenge. I am only guessing, but it could be that the new event is the reason that you don't yet have your banner.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
