Birthday details

When I log in, CC is taking me to a page asking for my birthday details. It doesn't matter how often I put these in, it says Oops something went wrong try later, takes me back to the home page. But as soon as I press Play.... it goes back to birthday date page. Anyone else getting this??

Hi @Cinders this sounds like an issue that affected a lot of people not so long ago. Try entering your birthday information manually. People that had your issue previously found that this worked for them

Hello @toontoon have you tried manually entering the year, month and day as two figure numbers?

Have you entered a date that means you are under thirteen?

Do you still receive the DOB entry screen?

Yes, I was manually entering my DOB and yes I'm over 13....well over 13
