I found my number. it is 10112667013. I did not see how to add the comment to send it to you. Is this a problem since june 2020 for sum users or just old post
Update for today, now my game does not see my wifi. My other programs are using my wifi with no problem. What should I do?
Can you confirm once again whether your game is fully connected to the server? Because if your game is not connected to the server, you may face such problems.
Anyway have you tried to find the solution by following the steps given above or below?

I have closed and open. I have tried to sign in. I get messages that say no internet. I did not have problems before and do not have problem with other internet programs. still need a fix

yes I tried again today. same error message
played again today. still having same problems. contacting app store,no internet,candy box issue
contacting app store just sits there and spins. won't open
Can you try to fix the problem by logging out of the game and re-logging in?
