All Star Tournament Disappears and crashing?

I am advancing to the semi-finals, but I’m pretty fed up with the app right now. Why does the tournament keep disappearing? I did everything, I deleted and reinstalled the app, logged in and out, everything…and the tournament didn’t jet me join again until there were 22 hours left in the 2 day tournament round. On top of that, the app was crashing every time I had a sizable chain reaction, which meant I had to win the levels with small moves, which isn’t always possible. I can’t tell you how many times the app crashed while o was on a win streak, removing all of the boosters and having to start trying to get a streak all over again. In the last couple of hours of the tournament, it was a close call and the levels I was playing all had cascading chain reactions and failed over and over. So, will I be able to start playing when the tournament starts this time? Will the app stop crashing every time I make a good move?

That link doesn't take me anywhere. At first it was the error page, then it was no page at all, then i can't reach any of my posts or comments because they also take me to a blank page. I can't contact support because the options don't allow me to, i tried to message on facebook but got an automated response that says they won't respond. Im losing money, time, and patience. My boosters clocks are ticking down with zero access to the tournament I qualified for, and zero way to contact. The links on this community site do not work.
