I've been at it for a couple of weeks, since it came out on Win10. I'm getting 23 moves, and have never even come close. For a week now also trying it on iOS. I just watched youtube 'no boosters' clip of the level and it started out with 30 moves. Has the number of moves been lowered to make it impossible? Re-installing candy crush did not make a difference. Anyone?

We are always working on the levels to improve. The deinstallation does not bring anything and therefore you lose booster and life. I'll give you the moderator. He can definitely help you!

I checked the level and there are 33 moves available for the level in the current version aIso I made a video of the level while checking.
Check if your app is up to date and follow the usual troubleshooting steps below.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.

Well, this is how it looks on my end... I wish I had 33 moves.
BTW, I've had this happen on previous occasions. Then, when I would use another computer, it would typically be solved (on that computer only). Tried the usuals, to no avail.
Maybe the game is trying to tell me that it's enough ;-)

Level 10370 is impossible to do with just 23 moves!
Waste of time complaining as King just fob you off with their standard reply.
Same problem happening on other levels as well. If you check videos there are more moves but some of us must be using a different version of Saga.

Indeed @Cozza! I have not been getting much response to this problem that apparently you are also suffering from.
It would be nice if the issue would be taken serious!
I have passed the level in the meantime. Got a 'party mode' booster and used it wisely.
