Chocolate Box reward due

I have been following the Chocolate Box comments and replies. Just now, I tried again and, while the connection worked finally, I was advised that I didn't meet the criteria for the reward in time. I did complete the final step (pass a level on the first try) during the time frame. But due to the connection issue, it was not recorded/posted and now that the system is working, the time has run out for getting credit for the win. I respectfully request that I be awarded the prize because I did actually complete the challenge in time, it was due to a problem on your end that it didn;t get credited.

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. A post on this topic already exists in our community and your post will be attached to that post so I'm closing this post for now.
