All progress lost on tablet not on phone

I have an account through email (I’m not on Facebook) I have saved my progress and when logging into my tablet today it has put me back at level one. My status in the weekly race and my boosters are all the same. I’m just back at level 1 on tablet but still at level 9120 on phone.

I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Please close the game and empty the cache and open it again. Then play a level and the game will update itself and should be at your level.

Can't find game progress after logging in to game, maybe due to slow internet but tried by restarting game app?
