Why am I not receiving my rewards

I am not receiving my rewards after completing the fab five. When it is completed it will check the box but not after that. It will just keep repeating the same scores but no reward. I took a screen shot but do not know how to post it.

@nichcole if you count the individual scores of the players on your team, they don't reach the 7000 goal. It's a glitch that happens sometimes in the game and makes you think your team has reached the goal when in fact it hasn't! Keep playing and you'll eventually get the reward.

Total poin your team is 6.510 , need 7000 to get rewards .There is sometimes a graph issue. to check if you have this you would need to add your team scores up to see if you have reached the 7000 target. If your team has not reached the target due to the issue please note that the scores in this case are counted in the background and if your team reaches the target in the given time you will receive you rewards.
