My envelope was clickable before but now it’s dark. I read that it may be because I don’t have any lives or mail but why was it clickable before with no mail or lives? Is this an update? Thank you!
Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
