Some of you are experiencing some issues with the Season Pass this Halloween.

Here's a bit more info and help on this:

Missing levels/ rewards

This is NOT an issue. Please note that some levels on the Free Pass side, like levels 2 and 4, do not have any rewards.

Only the Gold Pass have rewards for every level.

Pink squares

This graphic issue with pink squares messing up the feature is being looked into.

Meanwhile, make sure that the app is updated to the latest version. Then force close the app and restart the device. This may help right away.

The current Season Pass is missing levels. Level 2, 4, 6, and 8 of the free pass are not showing up but it's still showing as yellow on my "events" page that I need to collect it.

My season pass is missing levels too @kam5464! 😟 Not only I can't claim half of the prizes, but my ''events'' section is constantly glowing urging me to collect what I can't! I've had the season pass event 4 or 5 times in a year, but this is the first one that's glitched! I wonder if the reason for this issue is that you can now access the gold pass by using your bars instead of money.
