I see that this is happening to more and more players! Like I said at another thread, perhaps the fact that you can now get the gold pass without using money has to do something with it.

Hi @ernstbln normally all you have to do is complete levels. The number of levels you need to complete to move from tier to tier generally increases the more you advance through the tiers.
Alternatively you can just purchase each level.
As you can see below in my screenshot I have received a colour bomb and I need to complete another two levels to get to the next tier. You can see this because you can see that it says 1/3 in my screenshot

Hello everyone your Season Pass is working fine.
@songman3 The Claim button is always showing because the game is trying to get you to claim the Gold Pass.
@Momsy2 If you are using the Free Pass there is no reward for level 2. The next reward is level three after you have completed three levels.
@jenrenh you can see that your Pass is okay because it says 1/3 or buy tier. You need to complete another two levels before you get your reward for tier three

Hello Kam the levels are missing on purpose, this is the way that this 'ladder' type of event is always run. The idea behind the missing levels is to make the Gold Pass more appealing than the Free Pass.
The previously similar Magic Season was run in exactly the same way.

@Alienscar I've on level 4785 and have had the season pass numerous times before and whether I did or did not buy the upgrade, I still never had a gap in the free pass. That is why I put it on here, but no worries, I'm not all that concerned about it. I posted because I know I've had other glitches and when I see that other players have the same issue it's helpful to know. Since I didn't see this one posted, thought I'd give it a try
