⛔️ Temporary game issues 27 October

We are experiencing a temporary server issue which is affecting Candy Crush and several other of our games at the moment.

This issue may give various error messages when playing on Facebook or on King.com and stopping the games to load properly.

Connection issues with your game account, ads and purchases on mobile devices and via the Windows app are also affected by this.

Our Help Center pages and Player Support contact form are also affected. Therefore you may experience loading issues when finding an article or contacting Player Support.

We are working on a fix and to get everything back on track and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

    Issue update!

    This issue has been fixed for many players already and the games are running and connecting correctly!

    We are still working on this to get it solved for all players as soon as possible.
