I lost my game progress at Level 9875, is there a way to get it back?
I play on the mobile app (Android) and I decided to save my progress at Level 9875 last night. I tried to log in to my King account (which is just this one) but the app refused. The app said the password was incorrect while it was not the case - I can log in to King.com and post this question with the same ID and password when I am using the PC website.
Then, I tried to log in with my Facebook account and save my progress there. The app did let me log in, but now my progress is back to Level 2, which was surely not what I expect. I log out from the app, trying to get back to my original progress, but I'm still at Level 2. I followed the suggestion that told me to remove the CCS app from Facebook (via PC) but it still didn't work.
So............. is there a way to get back my original progress at this point?

Hi @0753_AVS are you saying that you hadn't bothered to save your progress before level 9875? Your game is saved automatically once you have created a King.com account.
This account is just your community account and you can't use the same username for this account and your game account. You can use the same email and password though.
Your game is automatically saved when you play in Facebook as well, so I guess that your Facebook account has just remembered the last time you played a game through it.
Player Support might be able to reinstate your levels, but I am not certain.
