since this took my gold bars but will not let me use the pops can I have a refund on my gold please

Hello Lizbeth this community cannot provide you with a refund. For a refund you will have to contact King Support from your game.
Just click on your Settings button then help. Select purchases and gold bars as the category that you want help with then choose any topic from the next set of categories that pop up. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Contact Us.
