Hello @dtierno1717 , the Piggy Bank feature comes and goes in my Candy Crush Saga game.
It is my understanding that this is normal for that feature and other features.
Several years ago it was always in my game, so when it left I was disappointed. But now I have got use to it and when does come and go it hasn't affected my game play
