Not able to make in app purchases any more?

It won't let me make in-app purchases for the last couple of weeks? I haven't changed my cards or Google Pay information, and Google Pay is working when I use it on other apps. When I click to purchase an in-app bundle, I get to the one-click purchase screen, then it comes up with a message saying "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again", which then takes you to a "Purchase Unsuccessful, no money was taken from your account" screen.


Anyone else have this? How did you fix it? I have tried everything that the help email suggested (reboot, clear cache, check memory, check Google Pay, etc etc...) but no luck.
