I had recently started to receive requests for lives and had also received lots of free lives. But all of a sudden, my in-game mailbox is greyed out, no mail coming in, no mail going out.
I have logged out, deleted and reinstalled the game, logged back in... I do not play with through Facebook.
Nothing seems to work, my in-game mailbox envelope is still greyed out.
Anyome have any ideas how to fix this?

Please try this if you are on a mobile device: Force close the app and open the game again and it should reconnect.

The mailbox is grayed out when it's empty. It should get back in colour as soon as you receive a Life.
Even though you had Lives there waiting a while ago, a tech issue may have occurred so all Lives got lost.
