For weeks now Candy Crush will NOT LOAD. Can only use Chrome browser to play as that is the only browser Candy Crush will work on WHEN it decides to load. Can't some one PLEASE fix it. Have begged Facebook and King.com to fix this. Not one single person who works for either can manage a fix?

    Have you tried these standard trouble shooting tips to see if that brings you a resolve?

    Please log out, update your game App, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

    If the steps HERE doesn't help, please play via the Windows app instead until the game is working for you again.

    You can download the Windows app from HERE if you have a Windows PC, when opening the game, connect it to your Facebook to sync all levels.
