I have been playing the level above for a week now with 0 luck, I decided to YouTube to see if their were any tricks to it and to come to find out that the videos show the player having 30 moves while I only get 15 moves. Please tell me this a glitch they are going to fix, if not why the drastic amount of change in moves.

This is an exercise in futility. 15 moves, 14 licorice swirls locked in so multiple moves to get to those, more swirls blocking special candies and all those jellies to remove. It went from 27 moves which was still hard to 15 so not hard impossible.
When you have gold it never goes past 5 extra moves, not enough gold you can get offered 20 or more extra moves, that is so you can make purchases so a form of keeping you hostage
