Hi @cookiemae Yes I know you have been in the Community for a long time and only mentioned that thread as it is the easiest to find where many players have said they lost adverts after making a purchase. I thought my response covered everything, saying it was King who decide when and who gets them and adding the extra bit in about spending money as many others have reported it. You can call it a blanket response that's fine, I would call it a response to someone who has bothered to make a post and deserves a reply. I would be happy to see, when you make a response to the same question of what you put. And if it is better I hope you won't mind if I use it.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
