for about a week now i do not receive any adds. it was very helpful to pass some levels. please bring back the ads

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

Hello there, here is what I did when this happened to me.

I uninstalled it on my phone (Android), and it has all come back and is working correctly. There must have been some upgrades that needed to be installed on my phone.

After I uninstalled the app, I waited about an hour and logged back off, then logged back on again.

Everything was back in place.

I know they don't recommend it, but it worked for me.

I hope you're doing well. I’ve been enjoying Candy Crush Saga for a long time and greatly appreciate the experience you've created.

I recently made a purchase in the game, and since then, I’ve noticed that the option to watch ads for free rewards (like extra moves, lives, or boosters) has disappeared. I found these ad rewards very helpful and would prefer to continue using them instead of making in-app purchases.

Could you please re-enable the ad reward feature for my account, or let me know if there’s anything I can do to restore it?
