Continuously 2 week I didn't get any ads. After purchase gold. I want to watch videos get back as soon as possible.

I had ads up until this week, now I cannot move forward, been stuck on the same episode for 9 days, and only on the fourth game, I love playing Candy Crush but it has now become impossible it’s so sad 😢

In Candy Crush Saga, All of a sudden the option to watch ads before playing a level and after your last move has been taken away? Is there a way to bring this back, is it only available to certain people?

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Can you please set me up to receive ads? I have never purchased anything and all my friends who play get ads. They are going ahead in leaps and bounds because of the benefits they receive. I think it’s a bit unfair.

This just happened to me. I unfortunately made a purchase the other day and haven’t seen a video for lives or boosters since. I can’t compete in competitions anymore with other players that still get videos and are able to pass levels quicker with the extras the videos provided. Most of these levels are impossible to pass without boosters on the first try. Plus you pretty much need an endless supply of lives just waiting in vain for a “ lucky board”. I have quit this game in the past for a long period of time due to game issues and looks like I will be doing it again. I find it interesting that numerous people are reporting the same issues after making a purchase. The videos should be allowed and accessible for everyone or no one at all for fair play.

Haven't seen ads in some time now with boosters. Been getting them for years. I know some others still have them. How does the system pick and choose who is worthy? Love playing the game but getting really frustrating on these really difficult levels. Think I may have to stop playing.
