Same for me about the ads. Been a player for a long time. Level 13000 plus. Had some money from Google for a purchase in games. Decided to use in on candy crush. Never made a purchase until now. Everyone is correct. All ads and cinema are now gone. I sent king a message and got the same test response. Way to go king on how you treat your long time players. I agree with others when they say reward your long time players, instead of the way you currently treat them.

Hello. Candy Crush is an excellent game. I’ve been playing it for years. I am getting close to level 3000. Several days ago, it stopped giving me the option to watch ads for rewards. Many attempts and emails to the customer support team has gotten me zero results. How can I get to watch ads again to get more rewards? The rewards are critical for me to continue progressing in the game. Please help me!!

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Precisely my point. Anyway I have deleted Candy Crush and I don't think I will ever play again.
