I agree. It’s not fair game play when some players are given advantages over others. How can we compete when we don’t get to play on by watching an ad or watching an ad to receive booster awards. We need gold bars to do anything 😞

how long does it take to test this feature? In reading the comments it seems that this has been in testing mode since 2019 or earlier. That is over 3 years in testing. Please make the ads available to all players so we all have the same playing field and features ~ making it a fair game!

This week my free ads suddenly disappeared. But I saw that all of my friends can benefit from the ads. They were so helpful to pass the levels and now I am stucked. I shouldnt have to buy coins to pass levels it’s very unfair. Please can you help me?

Hello @cansinco unfortunately advert features aren't a permanent feature of the game. All features of the game can come and go in your game at the drop of a hat. Having a feature is no guarantee that you will keep it forever.

Conversely if you lose a feature that doesn't mean it won't reappear. There is nothing you can do though to force a particular feature to appear in your game.

Also if you buy anything for your game all the anecdotal evidence we have seen here is that your advert features are removed from your game.
