Connectivity Error

For the past couple of weeks I’ve been getting a connection error. Opps! It’s not you, it’s us, is what displays. I don’t get any of the lives requested, Candy box, or tree topper loads. Please help.

I try to login using FB or my King.com account and both display connection error. Try again later.

    Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

    If you have recently changed your Facebook password, this needs to be updated on your device as well. To do this, please remove the connection to Facebook via the settings menu in the game, log out from Facebook on your device, and then connect again with your new password.

    If you get the same error message while logging out of the game, then your game app is corrupted, which means you have to reinstall the game app after uninstalling to get the solution.

    Uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored booster, lives and unsaved game progress but your problem will be solved.

    Uninstall game app - Restart device - Open app store - Install Candy Crush Saga - Open game and Log in.
