I have noticed that sometimes, not all the time, but sometimes the regular levels are harder than the hard or ultra hard levels. I'm wondering if its just me? Or is this a thing? Because I will get stuck on a "normal" level for like a week, and then I will play a hard level and pass it on the first shot.... Wtf???

No it is not just you @Johnny5salive quite a few people have commented on how they find the 'regular' levels just as hard, or harder than a level marked as hard. You can see one example below, but you can easily find more examples.
One reason for this could be that the script that 'marks' the levels is out of date and doesn't mark levels quick enough after any alteration.
