No Milestone Challenge after completing Level 1000

There was no pop up and in Settings there is no Milestone Challenge to check off. I'd like the Challenge please, and then the banner.

Hello @care4turtles unfortunately there are quite a few players in your predicament.
For some players the level 1000 banner was automatically applied to their in-game avatar.
Other players received something called the Milestone Challenge. This feature provided the level 1000 banner if you completed a certain number of hard levels. The feature also allowed you to turn the banner on and off.
Yet more players (like you and me) receive nothing for completing the milestone levels. If you haven't received your banner, or the Milestone Challenge after completing at least one hundred more levels then this most likely means you will never receive a banner.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

Hi there! I find the best way to resolve this is to sign out and back in and play a few levels :) Happy holidays!

Wait for an update or playback a few levels, then, you might get it.

๐คจ๐I've tried everything! Logged out of game, restarted device, signed back in to game, and played a few levels..
I then uninstalled game and reinstalled, signed in to game, played a few levels
Then I went back and played levels leading up to, and including Level 1000...๐๐๐๐๐ค
