Lost mailbox life qnd booster

is the second time in a few days that suddenly the game freeze and I loose all the mailbox life ( more than hundred) and all boosters

is someone having the same issue?

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

Only i lose lives when i unisnstall. Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

I keep losing all my lives too. Last week I have over 300 and they disappeared and twice since then any lives I have built up have gone. Ten minutes ago I had 40 ... now I have none :( What is going on??
