Suddenly my friends list are total strangers. How can I fix this ?

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in to Facebook .
Some players haven't saved their game via Facebook or by creating a King account, these players appear in the game as 'Player' and with a random character from any of the King games.

This has happened to me before. Normally there are only a list of 5 or 6 people on the column next to my game. Suddenly all these strangers are on my list. I also cannot click on my profile picture and send my real friends lives or requests. I mostly play Candy Crush on my Kindle and my progress is saved because my account is linked to Facebook. The last time this happened the list of strangers disappeared as fast as they first appeared. It seems to me that this is a glitch in the system. I never have had to log out of Candy Crush or Facebook to fix a problem. I’m sure I’m not the only person that has presented this problem. I have restarted and shut down my device but nothing changed.
