New cell phone 10391...

Hi and Welcome to the Community.

Please note that whenever we reinstall the game or change our device we lose all our stored Lives (Hearts) and Boosters and they can not be recovered. But your Levels and Gold Bars can be recovered if you have saved your game properly in your Old Device.

As you said that only one Level is missing so perhaps Level 10392 was not properly cleared or Stored through old device. Unfortunately you have to replay that Level.
