Hi @kiara_wael , That happened for my girlfriend’s problem does same with @Milo_Sweet’s problem. Because for my girlfriend has tell me about this problem is for the "add pictures" and “add documents” are not appear on the comment of this community. Maybe can @Crazy Cat Lad know about for this.

Hi, @Soda_bottelet I think for “add pictures” is available for the Community account is reached for “level 3”

@Milo_Sweet, interesting, I remember I didn't have any options when I was a newbie. Then once I was at level 2 I got all of the features in the community. It's not until level 3 you can post links.
