Lost all my inventory

My phone did something strange and rebooted/reset. I lost all my boosters inventory that I have carefully accumulated over the last 2 years. Any way to restore this please?

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. However, as they are saved directly to your device, sometimes by deleting and reinstalling the game or with an update of either your device's operating system or of the game itself, then the boosters can, unfortunately, be lost.

The King always replace any purchased items that you have lost but as all free items awarded in the game are ''Non refundable, transferable, exchangeable and cannot be used in any other game," they generally do not compensate any free boosters that may have been lost.

I have had a similar problem awhile back and they were able to reinstate my boosters that were both bought and free from the game as I worked on getting them.

Did you have to send screenshots of your account prior to losing your boosters before they gave them back?

Nothing has happened yet. I do not recall when it happened before but based on the response I received above I doubt they will contact me for anything. I do not consider watching ads as 'free boosters' that costs time doesn't it?
