Why make Candy Candy levels so difficult?

I am still stuck at level 10558 because it’s no longer possible for without using boosters!!
A question for why make this game much harder than normal? I don’t like for levels designers makes almost all levels to near impossible to complete

Unfortunately for all level become more difficult because some players play on all levels with previous version is too easy. For the designers will take the number of moves to less or add more blockers on the board of all level’s
