Lives not crediting

Hi I receive lives but when I accept them they are not crediting to my account I have the latest version and I’ve tried deleting and re installing I’m using candy crush saga on iPhone and have my account set up through my email

Hi dear 😊 i think u should refresh your account like again reopening or restart or don’t forget to connect with facebook or google account 😊👍if u forget it then you lose your all missions that you have done in past so gake care 👋😊❤️
