Level 964 .this level you should try to play from bottom to break the blockers and shuffle candies as it will give chance to make special candy. Combine special candies to each other to break the blockers. Or play near to ingredients to take them to the bottom. Please check this video. hope give some Tips

Collect the 5 keys to unlock the two coconut wheels, get them together by matching the candy between them, then switch the two coconut wheels together.
The resulting stripes will clear lots of cream blockers and then it's combos all the way to get the two nuts down.
