Cartoon Profile picture not my Facebook picture
Why is my profile picture in the game, now an ugly cartoon character? All of my friends are showing that way too now. How do I know who they are if I cannot see their Facebook profile picture and some silly cartoon character. I have confirmed that my account is connected with Facebook. I also lost my Fantastic Five at the same time of of this change. I am still showing in it, for 3 others, 2 of us lost it so we can no longer contribute to the Fantastic Five point or obtain the rewards. Something broke in the coding and I do not like it. Please give me back my real Facebook profile picture.

I'm sorry your problem hasn't been solved. My account is also connected to Facebook, I've been playing there since 2012 and these days I have the cardboard avatar but for me it has always been normal. Try to be patient, some players are having a lot of problems with Facebook these days. I hope it can be solved as soon as possible 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Thank you for the feedback . This is only a temporary problem because Game not connected, or some other reason. You can check out some troubleshooting below. Force close the app and restart the device and connecting to Facebook.

This is not a temporary thing, it has been a few days and it seems more and more of my Facebook friends are turning into cartoon characters. My app is updated, my iPad is updated. I have logged out of game and back in. I have turned off my iPad and back on. It says it is connected to Facebook but not showing my picture, or anyone's. I have been playing CC for years, and have never had 2 avatars. I have had connection problems when I am some place with no wifi, but I can still play and when I do connect, it saves my progress. I just cannot send gifts. This is an apparent change in the game that no one seems to be aware of. Looks like a slow roll out to me. I just hope it goes away as I would rather see Facebook profile pictures.
I did read about the Fan5. Doesn't seem fair to take it away from part of the team and not the whole team, say when the timer runs out but some genius at King came up with that, I guess.

Can this be rectified please. I'm now an ugly cat and I want my profile pic back. The only time I've had a cartoon avatar is when I've nit been connected to Facebook. I've disconnected and reconnected to Facebook and it's definitely working so I shouldn't be a cat, I should be me. All of my friends are now cartoon avatars as well.
