Game freeze after tap here to skip

After I finish the mission and tap the tap here to skip button, it freeze in this screen. This is the second time I face this issue, last time I kill the app and restart, I lost my progress on this level as well as the strike. I don't want to face the same issue(break the strike, lost the progress), is there any other ways to fix it?

Have you tried turning the device off and on again? Try turning it off for a few seconds and then turning it back on.

You mean reboot my device(btw I am playing on Android)? But it just the game freezing not the whold device🤔. I believe it will work but I am afraid that the progress will gone and I need to play it again....

You don't have to uninstall the app otherwise you will lose the boosters, just turn off your phone. Sometimes it can happen that after an update the game freezes.

Well... I restarted but it happen just like last time. The progress of passing this level is gone as well as my win streak... Anyway thank for your help❣️

Unfortunately when a level crashes the only way is to restart it. This can be very frustrating but you will see that you can get your winning streaks back.
