I don't know why you must reduce moves to play. Because I see in youtube that this level got 35 moves!!!
Maybe you think that it's too much moves. But when you reduce to 20 moves, try to play that can pass???

All Youtube videos are uploaded by other players and not by King. After a player uploaded their video the level may have been updated and therefore look different when you check it. and you can give feedback here

Hello ckongsak, moves are always removed from the levels. Usually two weeks after the levels are initially released moves are removed from them, and this is why you can see videos of your level with more moves.
The moves are removed regardless of how difficult it makes a level though.
