Why can't I chose a booster?

I've force stopped and cleared the cache.
Hi @Clare_Yates the missing boosters aren't a bug that you need to fix they are meant to be missing. You will find three or four levels like this near where you are now on the map.

You will often encounter levels in the game where boosters cannot be used at the beginning.
Don't worry, this is normal.

Maybe a booster isn’t needed at this time on this level. There are certain levels that you will encounter like that.

Hello Clare. There are some levels in the game which current allow you to use boosters.
That is just because they are introductory levels.
Here, level 4597 is an introductory level of crystal candy, which means one of the first levels which contains crystal candies(the candies which look like glass) .

The boosters are extremely needed for this level. But they don't allow us to use them as it is an introductory level.

Here's my current level and it doesn't allow me to use boosters as well. That is because this is the first level with introduction for Rainbow twists.
