i am also experiencing this problem on level 3311 ,, the candies wont move everything else works , though , ive even tried doing levels ive completed and that dont work either and yes i cleared my browser and cookies , on my desktop , and problem still continues

I've had the same issue for 3 days. I don't think the level matters. It's something in the game.

Hi,

The candies won't move, everything else works, I have cleared my browser, and cookies, on my desktop, I still have the problem.

The last support person said to play on Kings web site, but you cannot, cause it is no longer on they're site. Need help?

I was having the same problem and discovered if you drag the candy piece over to the one you are exchanging it with it works.
