During the game, your game is abruptly shutting down, meaning your game app is crashing and for various reasons your game app may crash. Now I suggest you to follow the troubleshooting steps as per the link below because these troubleshooting steps are very helpful to prevent app crashing.
When you are playing a level, even if you get a message that the level is complete (You have completed the level's targets), the level will not be saved until you find star with score board.Due to an app crash you met the level target but did not get the star and scoreboard so the level was not saved.
Please let us know if you encounter the same problem again after following the troubleshooting steps as per the link above.

Hello, this happens to everyone occasionally unfortunately, and all you can do is replay the level. If you find it is happening often, your app may be having problems running on your phone. This can be because it is corrupt or you just need to reboot. Cheers :)
