Why are my Favorite Five final awards never given to me!!

The past 3 times I've reached the final Favorite Five awards it skips giving me the rewards & starts over in Candy Crush Saga. I'm so upset that after working to get to that point & not getting the rightful awards I'm about ready to join the people who have stopped playing!!!!

I've done everything you've told me to do but you don't resolve my awards problem! You send me emails...why can't you just answer me in the email instead of routing me here all the time?
