Rewards from Spring Climb event missing again

My earlier issue still not settle for the missing 30 mins stripe and wraps. Now it happens again. I gained 30 mins wheel and 30 mins fish, was only given 30 mins wheel.
The 30 mins fish not given. Attached herewith the screen shot for your kind attention and help.
please help me.

Hi there, it seems some people are not receiving all the rewards from this event right now. Sometimes features glitch out a bit, and I think that is what is happening here. So sorry for this!

Guess what, I am not compensated for the missing rewards. Instead they just taken away the spring climb event from my event page.
Is this fair to us ? Sorry to make such a comment but I am very disappointed on this.
I have done all the trouble shooting i.e log out , clear cache, update apps (if any) , reboot my mobile and so on.
The event still not there. I know the moderator is going to reply to say that the feature is not permanent, it comes and go and keep on playing the game see if the feature will appear again. Standard answer again.

If you still haven't received you're missing items, email support directly and let them know you've taken screenshots (SMART). This has happened to me several times and they fixed asap.

The moderator said reply to the email from them. I have done all the necessary.
By the way can I know what is the direct email address?
