Well, it seems like someone still hasn't figured out that darned candy frog:
Perhaps you'll get it, OP (sooner or later); but you might want to think about going back & playing level 606 a few times to understand how to use Samantha (aka Freddo) a little bit better...

I checked the level, this is not a bug. To move the frog you must be able to feed it using special combos such as the color bomb. When the frog lights up you can move it to any place on the board and the cherry will be able to fall.

Level 4181 . break dark chocolates as many as you can. Mystery candies will fall from candy cannon, break them it will give you special candies & boosters. Then use special candies & boosters to break remaining dark chocolates, all chocolates and to feed candy frog. Then move candy frog any where to bring down ingredient to complete the level.Please check this video , hope give some Tips

Hello. In your initial screenshot that you shared, the only way to win will be to match 5 same candies together to make a COLOR BOMB. Then you must use the color bomb with an orange candy. This will make the frog glow. Then you click it once and you should see the board change color. Now you click somewhere else to move it. Good luck :)
