Omg, that's awful. I know it's only a game, but still... It's happened to me before and I know how it feels. Have you emailed support directly? I've done that and they've been very helpful. First, they'll tell you to make sure you're device has 2mb (I think) free, to clear game's cache, restart device and make sure app is updated, so do all those things first so you can tell them you have.
