860 bug

I was on a 78 level winning streak. I played and beat level 860 and my game froze, I had to restart the game, I lost my streak and all rewards gained from it.

Omg, that's awful. I know it's only a game, but still... It's happened to me before and I know how it feels. Have you emailed support directly? I've done that and they've been very helpful. First, they'll tell you to make sure you're device has 2mb (I think) free, to clear game's cache, restart device and make sure app is updated, so do all those things first so you can tell them you have. Good luck!
