Hello, it's likely it's a viewing error and the score totals do not actually equal 7000. Just keep on playing and earning points and you will receive the rewards!

There is also a graphics issue that causes some problems with the graph that shows your progress. This is being looked in to but we have no time frame for a fix

Make sure your team's actual points sum is 7000, sometimes a graphic error may occur. If you notice that the sum is not 7000, don't worry! Your scores will be counted in the background and if your team reaches the 7000 target in the allotted time you should receive yours rewards.
