Hard Level frozen when solved

I solved a very hard level an the screen was frozen, just in the moment as I solved it. I could do nothing but restart the game - then I have to play this level again. This has happened for the second time now. (Different levels) I am so angry, don’t want to be stuck in this level again, after spending some of my gold for extra moves!

any ideas or support?!

A temporary solution to this problem is not to click the "tap here to skip" message at the bottom when you finish the level.

Also, I ask you to check that you have the latest version of the game (1.228.1.2) where all the bugs have been fixed.

The update to the latest version came after I failed stepping to the next level, or better: the game denied my progress. Now I have the latest version (I do update my iOS apps regularly), but I lost 10 gold and are stuck again with this hard level. 🤬😕

Ok, I see that my progress is gone. As soon as I do not feel angry any more, I could need a tip. (Though I think the solution is quite clear, but there are too few moves..)
